Refund Policy

1.   How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?

  • After the refund has been initiated by Lovearts as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines:

*Please note* Lovearts initiates the refund after the returned item has reached us and the quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to a Lovearts warehouse. In case of any refund discrepancies, Lovearts may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.

2.   Will I get the refund if by mistake I have made the payment twice ?

  • Yes we will provide you with the full refund of the amount you have paid by mistake. However, if the product was already shipped, then we will provide the refund after deducting the courier charges.

3.   What if I receive a duplicate or not the same product ?

  • You can mail us “loveart@manovikas.family, we will replace the product with the actual & original product you ordered. Courier charges in this case will be beared by us. Customers will get a hassle free replacement in this case.

  1. NEFT – 5-7 working days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner.
  2. Online Refund – 5 to 7 working days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner.
  3. Paytm / PhonePe wallet –Instant.
