Return / Replacement Policy
- At the time of opening the packet, kindly make a video so that you can share that video for return, exchange or refund request.
- Personalised T-shirt & Jute bags are non-returnable products. But in case you get the wrong product then you are eligible for return or replacement of the product within 3 days of delivery .Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, in manufacturer packaging for a successful return/replacement.
- For other products you are eligible for free replacement, If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request on the Website within 3 days of receiving the product with photograph & video of damaged product.
- If you want to return the purchased/shopped product received Via India post, you need to send back the product by yourself at the given address :- Manovikas Charitable Society 60A Radhey Puri-I, Delhi – 110051
- Once you share the screenshot of your courier receipt, We will initiate the courier charges maximum upto Rs.50/-.
- We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
