1. What is LoveArt’s Convenience Fee?
- A Convenience Fee of Rs. 50/- will be applicable to the orders below Rs.500/-.
- If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including the convenience fee, if paid online.
2. How are orders placed on Lovearts delivered to me ?
- All orders placed on Lovearts are dispatched through Indian Post.
3. Does Lovearts deliver the products outside India ?
- No, at this time Lovearts delivers the products only within India.
4. How can I get my order delivered faster ?
- Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future , if we are offering such service and your area pincode is serviceable , you will receive a communication from our end.
5. How do I arrange a pick-up for returning the product ?
- Returns are easy.Contact us to initiate a return and our customer care team will explain the process for your full or partial order.
6. If I received a partial item / partial order or empty box ?
- Kindly reach out to us for pilferage within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained.
- The snapshots & video of the packet and other boxes (If any) (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the Users.
- You must not dispose of the packaging for 3-4 days post-delivery.
- Please do not use the item for which the claim is being raised.
- The refund for prepaid orders will be done after the investigation.
7. How long is shipping and Handling Time?
- The handling time that can increase the overall length of time between the ordering and the arrival of their goods. In general, handling time is 2-3 days. The products will be shipped within 3 days.
- Please note, if you order overnight shipping on an item at 8pm and expect to receive the item the following day. We are processing daily orders at 2pm, and always take 3 days to process orders before shipping. Sunday and Govt. Holidays are not counted.
